Event Details
Gather with neighbors, friends, and supporters for a special summer evening by Lake Elmore.
Gather. Give. Grow. will bring the community together for catered food by Black Diamond BBQ, live jazz, drinks, a silent auction, raffle items, and a meaningful opportunity to support the Elmore Community Trust’s work.
Funds raised from the evening will go directly to Elmore Community Trust to help pay for the Elmore Store renovations and support future projects that preserve and strengthen the Elmore community.
Each Ticket Includes:
Catered buffet meal by Black Diamond BBQ
Two drink tickets
Cash bar access
Live jazz trio and evening music
Entry into Elmore State Park
Access to raffle and silent auction items
A summer evening by Lake Elmore in support of ECT
Note: The event is family-friendly, though the evening is best suited for adults and older children.
Tickets & Tables
Individual Ticket — $150
Includes event admission, catered meal, two drink tickets, live music, park access, and participation in the evening’s raffle and silent auction.
Table for 8 — $1,200
Gather your group and reserve a full table for the evening.
A portion of each ticket or table purchase may be tax-deductible. The deductible amount is the purchase price minus the fair market value of goods and services received.
The fair market value of goods and services provided is estimated at $XX per guest. The remaining $XX per ticket may be tax-deductible as allowed by law.
Event Schedule
5:00 PM — Event begins, drinks and hors d’oeuvres available
6:00 PM — Buffet dinner opens
6:15–6:30 PM — Remarks and speeches
7:45 PM — Silent auction closes
8:00 PM — Last call and auction winners announced
8:30 PM — Event concludes
